This policy explains how Beginning to Spirituality Centre, operated by Beginning to Spirituality (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2020/826861/07), handles personal information shared through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact number, optional email address, the nature of your enquiry, your preferred contact method and your message. We do not ask for ID numbers, medical histories or other sensitive information through this website — please don't include them in your message.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely and only authorised members of our team can access them. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you've given us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by contacting us at 114 Lawrence Road, Athlone, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7764. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
